Bloom

Isaiah 35:2-4 Every dry and barren place will burst forth with abundant blossoms, dancing and spinning with delight! Lebanon’s lush splendor covers it, the magnificent beauty of Carmel and Sharon. My people will see the awesome glory of Yahweh, the beautiful grandeur of our God. Strengthen those who are discouraged. Energize those who feel defeated. Say to the anxious and fearful, “Be strong and never afraid. Look, here comes your God! He is breaking through to give you victory! He comes to avenge your enemies. With divine retribution he comes to save you!” The Passion Translation

“We plant ourselves where we know we can successfully bloom. God wants to plant us outside of our comfort zone, positioning us in a place where we need Him to bloom. Let go of the pen, be courageous and let God write your story and you will bloom in His miraculous magnificence.” KimberlyMac

Comfort, it is what our human condition naturally seeks. We want that feeling of being comfortable, it is the human experience we chase after most and get less. Comfort is illusive and our flesh is rarely satisfied for long. We are always pursuing the next best thing, therefore, us human beings in times such as these, we have a very low success rate and our faithfulness can’t even be charted in real time data, because it is so erratically here and there. Without God, in our cancel God culture, we are impulsive in our wants, as we seek for new thrills when we have hardly even experienced what we just got. Satiated? No! Not a way the human condition parks itself in for long. Bigger, better and best is what we roll out after, as we forget about God and His Kingdom and we serve no power higher than self, and see no rulership higher than our worldly viewpoint.

James 1:2-4 Dear brothers, is your life full of difficulties and temptations? Then be happy, 3 for when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow. 4 So let it grow, and don’t try to squirm out of your problems. For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete. Living Bible

“Success is something we long for and strive hard to achieve. The sad thing about our human nature is we are very often deceived in the pursuit of accomplishment, to serve no power higher than self. The human nature is not set up to succeed with all of its weaknesses without the strength and direction of God. We can press our flesh willfully forward with the all of our everything and still not succeed in a way that satisfies us. What an exhausting and burdensome way to live. KimberlyMac

Psalm 85: 10-12 Your mercy and your truth have married each other. Your righteousness and peace have kissed. 11 Flowers of your faithfulness are blooming on the earth. Righteousness shines down from the sky. 12 Yes, the Lord keeps raining down blessing after blessing, and prosperity will drench the land with a bountiful harvest. The Passion Translation

We are constantly positioning ourselves on the easy-peasy path, where nothing can stretch us past our comfort zone. This is a place of no growth, no bloom in our heart. We drift away from needing God in this place of sweet bliss where we have planted ourselves and we feed our flesh, we become fat, lazy and useless. This is not the kind of fat God has designed us to be. God wants us to be F.A.T. and will plant us where we need Him to bloom in faithfulness. The cross depicts a picture of self-denial, a sacrifice for others that portrays a faithfulness found in relationship with God. Surrender is the first step towards success, a yielding of all we are to God, giving Him total access to our lives. Faithfulness is nourished through humility, a bowing of our lives at the foot of the cross of Jesus, acknowledging His sacrificed life for our salvation. In our humility, in the bowing of our lives before Jesus, we know He is the Savior, we are the saved. It is here where we know without a doubt, we were saved to serve Him and His Kingdom. It is not about us, it is not about our comfort, it is about our faithfulness to Him, a yielding of our lives that keeps us F.A.T. Faithful to our Father God, Available to Jesus and Teachable by the power of His Holy Spirit.

“Being faithful, steadily so, this is the success of living with a Kingdom Perspective, where right is right and wrong is wrong, and justice is just, where our flesh is not fed, but our spirit is nourished and we bloom in the strength and miraculous magnificence of God. Our faithfulness begins each day as we bow our lives before our King and submit to Him, for the good of His Kingdom. Our faithfulness continues as we cling to Him and dig our life roots deeply in His Kingdom in followship of Him, we are becoming faithful, available and teachable.” KimberlyMac

Song of Songs 2:13~Can you not discern this new day of destiny breaking forth around you? The early signs of my purposes and plans are bursting forth. The budding vines of new life are now blooming everywhere. The fragrance of their flowers whispers, “There is change in the air.” Arise, my love, my beautiful companion, and run with me to the higher place. For now is the time to arise and come away with me. The Passion Translation

To be “Intentionally Kingdom Cultured” in a cancel God cultured world, we must let go and let God plant us where He knows we can thrive deep within our inner spiritual core. The places we would choose to be planted along our life path, will naturally feed our flesh and starve our spirit. It is God’s desire for us to be F.A.T. because He knows this is the way to Kingdom victory. Faithfulness is our success and this is where faith passes the test of believability, as it faithfully blooms wherever it is planted by God.
