Hello Bridegroom Café Readers, thank you for your support. This post is always a fun post for me as a writer because I can let my hair down and be sloppy, sometimes it is sweet to do this. I call these posts a Constant Conversation With God. I keep a daily journal and I take some of the pieces from these journals and post them once in a while. It is such a blessing to hear God’s Voice and believe me, He is speaking all the time very creatively through many ways, so listen up. I hope my Constant Conversation with God blesses you today. Don’t worry about grammar or graphics, this post is messy, but it has many God messages in it, so I hope you glean some wisdom and encouragement from it. Enjoy.
Isaiah 55:7 Let those who are busy plotting violence and doing wrong stop right now, turn, and do right. Let them turn back to the Eternal so they can experience His compassion. God will excuse our past wrongs. Our God’s forgiveness is inexhaustible. The Voice
Roll up your sleeves, put your mind in gear, be totally ready to receive the gift that’s coming when Jesus arrives. Don’t lazily slip back into those old grooves of evil, doing just what you feel like doing. You didn’t know any better then; you do now. As obedient children, let yourselves be pulled into a way of life shaped by God’s life, a life energetic and blazing with holiness. God said, “I am holy; you be holy.” You call out to God for help and he helps—he’s a good Father that way. But don’t forget, he’s also a responsible Father, and won’t let you get by with sloppy living. Your life is a journey you must travel with a deep consciousness of God. It cost God plenty to get you out of that dead-end, empty-headed life you grew up in. He paid with Christ’s sacred blood, you know. He died like an unblemished, sacrificial lamb. 1 Peter 1 The Message
Shake Off Compassion Fatigue
It doesn’t take a political genius to recognize our country is in serious times. Serious times does not need a weak reaction, it means powerful response. Compassion fatigue is a feeble reaction, prayer and talking up truth, is a powerful response. When we say, we can’t do anything to change it up for this country, we are leaving out God, we are underestimating the Authority and Power of our Almighty God. Yes, I agree, we can’t do anything to fix this messy era created by the sowing of our human condition, the turning our backs on lawlessness for so many years. Yes, we are reaping the consequences of many years of turning a blind eye to lawlessness, but moping doesn’t clean up messes, mopping up does. It is time for serious conversations with Almighty God and it is time to get off our compassion fatigue rumps and talk it up, be the Voice of Truth. I will be posting ways you can pray it up for this nation on my blog in this new year at The Author Page. Join me. Pray it up, and Talk up truth and be a part of an army of Intercessors for America who are going to reveal truth and resist lawlessness.
Come on now, let’s walk and talk; let’s work this out. Your wrongdoings are bloodred, but they can turn as white as snow. Pray It Up On This Day

Pray it up this week for our nation to begin truthful conversations about where we have allowed sloppy legislation seeded in turning a blind eye to lawlessness and politics over people, to prevail over the reality of truth.

Pray it up that God will strip the false narratives of their power, reveal the hidden motive. May God expose evil and reveal truth with His Powerful Light.

Pray it up that the Holy Spirit will send legions of angels to smash the idols of fake realities people have exchanged for the truth.

Pray it up that this nation can have a true time of reasoning about the sins of our immigration choices and step out and do what is right, wholly-holy align ourselves with God’s truth, God’s justice, God’s righteousness.

Pray it up that our national leaders can change legislatively, change it up, our poorly devised immigration system that is breaking the backs of Americans with a deficit we can no longer carry.

Pray it up that God will shine a light on our leadership, a light of truth, that this is the time for Godly reform, this is the time to change up our immigration system to one that can be respected by all, especially our God. Pray It UP!

Pray it up that “we the people” of God, of this nation will rise up in unity with a voice that reveals truth and resists lawlessness.

Jesus, we pray our grandkids will know You and know You personally. Woo them to You Jesus by the power of Your Holy Spirit, cause them to come to You, to walk with You in Your ways, truth and life. Put a hedge of angel protection around them, send Your warring angels to fight for their attention. Holy Spirit, let Your Truth light up their path, may they choose You, Your life, Your Way, Your Truth. Speak what is true to their hearts, wake them up today thinking of You, Jesus. Jesus cause my grandkids to know Your Love, to experience it, to be soul saturated with it. Jesus!

God loves us in that incredible way we will never be able to wrap our minds around, praying our families will be soul saturated with the Love of our God. This world, it catches us up in the weight of its burdens, and the chains of the consequences of the sins of this generation, wrap around our soul. We can’t find out way out of this bondage at times and our soul sinks deep in the trying of our flesh to fix everything. What can free us from this circle of life where we feel all things good are dependent on us, on our human ingenuity, it is exhausting and wearisome. The truth is that God loves us in that incredible way we will never be able to wrap our minds around and our Way-Maker God, by the power and purpose of His Providential Care, wants to carry our burdens. Jesus came to us, to shoulder our human condition on His back, He bore our cross, with His body, He took the lashings for our sins and He died our death, so we could live His life.

Family Prayer
Psalm 146:9 The LORD protects the strangers; He supports the fatherless and the widow, But He thwarts the way of the wicked.
This is the God Promise I stand on for my children and grandchildren. There is so much evil scheming in this world, but there is much, much more God Power. When we pray it up for our family, we are putting a hedge of protection around them. We don’t have because we don’t ask. This is a time like no other time to be on our knees for our children and grandchildren, for our family and extended God family. Be so, choose to Ask God, and be in prayer for your family. It only takes a minute, to call out the name of Jesus on behalf of your family, it only takes a minute to transform the lives of our family from a mess to a message of God’s resurrection power alive and well in this world.
Job 5:12 God thwarts the plots of the devious and ties their hands to failure.
The plans of the enemy for our family, the evil scheming He uses people to carry out his crafty ideal, will be their noted failure. As we ask God to thwart the evil plans directed towards our family members, He answers in spectacular, miraculous ways of taking that which seems so very bad and turning it into His Kingdom good.
