Have you ever commanded the morning to appear and caused the dawn to rise in the east? Have you made daylight spread to the ends of the earth, to bring an end to the night’s wickedness? As the light approaches, the earth takes shape like clay pressed beneath a seal; it is robed in brilliant colors. The light disturbs the wicked and stops the arm that is raised in violence. Shoved Into The Muck?
Sometimes we find ourselves suddenly in a dark place, fallen and covered over by sludge. A sudden discouragement can shove us into a muddy pit of despair. Do you feel stuck in the muck? We have a rescuer. Darkness does not stop God; He shatters it so we can see truth. If we have fallen in the dark and find ourselves in the mire, we need to look up, step out in followship of the Light of Jesus. We always have God’s light of truth, God’s light is never extinguished and truth is always present, with us. Get up – Step out into the LIGHT and move out from beneath the bondage of the enemies lies, weapons which will never prosper in our lives.
