First Step Out
Wouldn’t it be amazing if our first step out each day was down, face down before our God in reverent awe, in humble respect, in willful submission to all things Him? Wow, giving God total access to our lives, to our heart, soul, will, mind and spirit, this is real life, this is spectacular living, this is selflessness like no other. What do you want today Lord, because I desire my life to be all about You, all in with You.
I bow down before your divine presence and bring you my deepest worship as I experience your tender love and your living truth. For your Word and the fame of your name have been magnified above all else! At the very moment I called out to you, you answered me! You strengthened me deep within my soul and breathed fresh courage into me. Psalm 138: 2-3 TPT
Change It Up To God First
We are busy people, too busy to start our morning bowed before God and too busy to stop, when the sun goes down on a day where God has personally maintained our life in His miraculous kind of way, to stop and acknowledge Him with a grateful heart. We can’t be that busy that we don’t stop and connect heart to heart with God. Can we? If so, we are missing out on so much God wisdom, strength, courage, peace and joy. Change it up. An overly busy life for vital-vertical, abundant love relationship with God. This is an exchange that you will never regret. No doubt about it. Been there and done it, and so glad I did. God first, connect heart to heart with God. Living this way, with God first in your life, in a personal relationship with Him is a fantastic way to live. No Doubt About It
When it comes to God and His engagement with our lives, we can be certain that He is all in with us and for us in that kind of way only He can show. The human condition is famous for slinging mud. There is no doubt about that. Yet, we have an advocate that cleanses us, purifying our hearts of all the gritty dirt of our sometimes very deportable humanity. Jesus, HERE WITH US, traveling through the mud of humanity with us, helping us to grow through the mud to better places. Our amazing God is not afraid to get muddy with us, to get down into the muck and mire of our lives. He meets us where we are at, no matter what the conditions. No Doubt About It. When we call out to Jesus, He comes, to us and loves us unconditionally right in the middle of our muddy, mucky lives. Our God is amazing and we can trust Him, His heart motives for us are pure and good.
