Pray It Up
Jesus, I am so distracted, my soul is wearied by the constant pounding of deception and I can’t find my way, my emotions are stirred up as I collide with people who are lost and their anger is displaced, aimed as a weapon of the enemy to steal, kill and destroy. I need a time out with You, heart to heart with You where You can remind me of Your Love and Your faithful commitment to me. Remind me that You chose all of us because it pleased You, for Your pleasure, because You wanted us. You were not forced into relationship with us, You pursued us and still do chase after us with Your way, truth and life. Remind me Holy Spirit of Your abundant, always present unconditional love, soul saturate me in it. Jesus, illuminate what is right in front of me… let it be so… navigate me by Your Holy Spirit. You, Jesus Christ, are my Savior, my Redeemer. You came here to me, You died my death so I could live Your life. I am so grateful, so joyfully thankful for You, Jesus. I pray You, Savior, Redeemer, Rescuer would do the same, become the Lord of the lives of all I encounter in my life, let it be so.
