“In every season of our lives, Jesus is near and HE is the anchor of our soul. Everything we are “growing through”, He is the strength and power of endurance behind us, His purposes in play for us are the foundation that strengthens our spirit during the good and hard times of life. Yes, Jesus is our peace in the storms of this life, peace that surpasses everything we endure without finite understanding, but with Infinite purpose. We can rise up out of every weakness, it does not have to become a pit of despair, we step up when we remember that this world is not where we belong, Jesus is our world, His Kingdom our home. We hold on to hope today and we soar because we have fully let go, surrendered to God our plans, hopes, dreams and expectations and have leaned our will into His Sovereign Sway. We love Jesus, we wholly-holy love Him with our life, because His Holy Spirit is our Constant Friend. Oh Faithful Father God, we stand in AWE of You, and we choose to praise You in and through our life storms. We will follow Jesus, we will be lead by His Voice, because He is our life, His Kingdom is our world. Clinging to the hope of Jesus, saturating our souls with the grace of our Father God, we anchor our souls this week in the steadfast and surety of the Holy Spirit, our promise, strength and defender. We can count on our Triune God whose Infinite Love and Sovereign Will go hand in hand and are forever for us. AWE-GOD!” KimberlyMac
Hebrews 6:18-20 So God has given us two unchanging things: His promise and His oath. These prove that it is impossible for God to lie. As a result, we who come to God for refuge might be encouraged to seize that hope that is set before us. 19 That hope is real and true, an anchor to steady our restless souls, a hope that leads us back behind the curtain to where God is (as the high priests did in the days when reconciliation flowed from sacrifices in the temple) 20 and back into the place where Jesus, who went ahead on our behalf, has entered since He has become a High Priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.
