There are so many times we think: I got this. I can handle this and we just don’t ask God for help. Then there are those times when these sudden strife heats up between people, and there is no explanation, just accusation that are false. We think we know what we think we know, so we don’t ask God. We step into the emotional tornado of strife and end up getting beat up by the spin of the enemy. These are the times we regret that we did not Ask God. God should be a part of the all of the everything of our lives, we should never leave Him out. When we leave God out, it doesn’t end well. Ask God. KimberlyMac, Author, but not really, I am the pen of God’s Voice. Do you have struggling relationships today with family, friends, associates, people in general, causing you strife and anxiety in your soul? You are at the right table today in The Bridegroom’s Cafe. Just A Thought! Ask God! Read On… and nourish your soul.
Job 31:35-37 ”If only I had someone to hear my case! Here is my signature; let the Almighty answer me. Let my Opponent compose his indictment. I would surely carry it on my shoulder and wear it like a crown. I would give him an account of all my steps; I would approach him like a prince.“
Thinking about Job, He was such a godly man, then he had all kinds of hellish things hit his life and all of a sudden his previous integrity meant nothing. His friends falsely accusing him of sinning and being punished by God, his really good reputation tarnished. Every good action, every great decision, every successful life event up to that point is forgotten, like it never happened, and Job is labeled as a sinner because assumption, speculation, presupposition is in play. Oh, and there is a bit of jealousy on the loose too. Yes, and the spirit of competition has finally had its say. But did God speak. No. They did not Ask God.
Does that bother you when people who should trust your integrity make assumptions about you that are not true? Especially when you have given them no reason to doubt your integrity because your life has been lived out of godly integrity for years and years. Has that ever happened to you where someone has judged your motives and misinterpreted your actions? False accusations are the worst. You wonder… how can a person know another person’s motive and think they can judge it correctly? The truth is only God can. God knows us inside to outside. This is what happens when people step into God’s Lane and think they know things that they don’t know. Do you need help changing a person’s mind about a false assumption, about deception they have bought into? Don’t try to fix it on your own. Ask God.
Job 2:3 And the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still holds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to destroy him without reason.
We all feel like people should be fair to one another, but that doesn’t happen too often, life is just not fair, and we all have a human condition where we can make bad assumptions about other people and injustice happens. You wonder why people who are in relationship with other people, who falsely accuse them, do not trust the integrity of that persons life. Job’s whole life was one of integrity and righteousness, but his friends never counted that into their unjust treatment of him. His wife did not even want to see him, she ghosted him, like he was not even suffering, like he deserved something he did not deserve. Actually none of us deserve what we have, no not one of us, yet there is Grace, yet there is the Mercy of God. Ask God for it, because it is new every morning, great is His faithfulness. Ask God.
Lamentations 3:20-23 I continually remember them and have become depressed. Yet I call this to mind, and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord ’s faithful love we do not perish, for his mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness!
It is what it is. How can anything be fair in this chaotic world saturated with deception and unwise counsel? Yet, there is always good in a bad situation, as God will use these hurtful things that touch our lives, these injustices, which cause people to hurt people. God uses all these bad situations to bring out what is in our heart, and in our soul that should not be there, and He will create a discipleship moment where we get to grow through into better people with more of His character. God doesn’t waste pain, He uses it for our advantage and for the glory of His Kingdom. There is no condemnation in God. Ask God. >
Romans 8:1-2 So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One. For the “law” of the Spirit of life flowing through the anointing of Jesus has liberated us from the “law” of sin and death.
When it comes to false accusations, this kind of situation can press into our human condition. If we have a “short fuse” when it comes to being condemned, scorned, and falsely accused, we are quick to defend ourselves, we are quick to pick up an offense, but when that doesn’t help, and the situation becomes a crooked place, it makes it worse when soul anger enters in and a “fleshing out” occurs with soured emotions from a wounded soul. This was the enemies plan all along and it comes with regret, shame, condemnation, dread, hurt and emotional pain. All these things are the enemy of our soul and the intentions of our enemy that we would make the wrong choices. >
Proverbs 17:27-28 Can you bridle your tongue when your heart is under pressure? That’s how you show that you are wise. An understanding heart keeps you cool, calm, and collected, no matter what you’re facing. When even a fool bites his tongue he’s considered wise. So shut your mouth when you are provoked— it will make you look smart.
The one thing that needs to change is the one step of remembering Who is your defender? God is. Who is the fixer? God is. Who keeps us self-controlled? God does! God is the fixer, we are not, God is the defender, we are not and God is our strength, wisdom and discernment to make the next right choice. God knows us better than we know ourselves, He knows what is best for us. When we find ourselves on a crooked path of false accusation, betrayal, and injustice, we should Ask God to make the crooked places straight. Ask God. He can. He will defend us.
Isaiah 45:2-3 I will march out in front of you and level every obstacle. I will shatter to pieces bronze doors and slice through iron bars. I will give you hidden treasures of darkness and wealth waiting in secret sites so that you recognize me, for it is I, Yahweh, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name!
When we don’t stay in our own lane and step into God’s Lane, things don’t end well. We are not the Fixer, He is. Truly all we have to do is Ask God, this is a really good choice. But sometimes we do what it says in Isaiah 50:10-11, we kindle our own fire and walk by the light of a man-made fire that will flame out and leave us in a greater soul torment. God is our helper in any time of our need, there isn’t anything He can’t help us with. We need to Ask God before we react. Ask God, listen up and be navigated by Him. Let be, be still and know He is our Way-Maker God. Listen Up To This 1 Minute Encouragement Video
So if your motives have been judged wrongly and you have been falsely accused and punished, this is not the time for retaliation, this is the time to yield to God, to Ask God to bring about the justice that is needed, the truth that will expose what is right, and the pride that needs to be expunged. Retaliation is part of the human condition as reconciliation is is a part of the character of God. So, if we ask God for reconciliation, we don’t have to step into our human condition, we can wait and experience the methods of God as He purposefully moves us towards His miraculous endgame. Ask God. He is always right and will navigate you away from every blind spot, so you can see His light of truth prevail in that way only He could have brought forth. Ask God.
