Listen UP To God’s Voice
“Then Joshua warned the people, “You are not able to serve the Lord, for he is a holy and jealous God. He will not forgive your rebellion and your sins. If you abandon the Lord and serve other gods, he will turn against you and destroy you, even though he has been so good to you.” But the people answered Joshua, “No, we will serve the Lord!” “You are a witness to your own decision,” Joshua said. “You have chosen to serve the Lord.” “Yes,” they replied, “we are witnesses to what we have said.” The people said to Joshua, “We will serve the Lord our God. We will obey him alone.” Joshua 24:19-22 NLT
Pray It Up
We choose to serve You, Jesus, out of a heart passion of honor, respect and reverence for You. It is our choice, an everything kind of living, becoming wholly-holy Yours. This life is not about us, what we want, our dreams, our desires, it is all about You first, Father God, Your Kingdom, our future. We choose You, Holy Spirit, navigate us through these uncharted waters we find ourselves in. We will obey, we will walk in followship of You, Holy Spirit. Speak what is true to us, we hope to step out on the firm footing of Your Reality of Truth and shake off every false narrative, every lie from the enemy, every fake reality. Jesus, we will serve You.
God’s Word Is Relevant In Our Today
O Eternal One, You are my strength, my fortress, my sanctuary in times of trouble. The day will come when the nations will come from all over the world and admit, “Our ancestors were fools! They inherited and clung to empty lies, Worthless gods that gained them nothing good. Can people make their own gods? No, because a man-made idol is not a god.” Eternal One: Behold, I will teach these people. This time, they will learn of My power and strength. I will teach them, and they will know and fully understand that I am the Eternal. Jeremiah 16:19-21

What holds us back from giving Jesus total access to our lives, surrendering our will and letting Jesus be the ALL of our everything? We want that, but it seems like we keep “self” at the center of our life more that Jesus. Life can be so full of every day distractions where our human condition gets out of whack and we lean out of God’s Sovereign Sway, into the choices that temporarily benefit our flesh. There are so many things in our lives that keep us sidetracked from God, from knowing Him better, being more intimately connected in friendship with God. Distraction is the devil’s playground and we need to guard our hearts from it. Am I letting God be my everything? Am I giving God my all? Where is my focus? Is it on God or is it on me and my life issues? Am I becoming wholly-holy His? If not, I need to figure out what is keeping me from God being my everything and change it up. Life is good when God is the all of our everything and our everything is God. Wholly-Holy-His. Let’s make it so. Dig Deeper:
Reality Of TRUTH
“We have a brief time on this earth. It is a unique opportunity to trust God as only a human on planet earth can do. A limited time engagement. The angels watch to see how we will spend those mundane moments. The decisions we make every day are the drama of Heaven. We won’t get these moments back. The opportunity today to love well, to be grateful, to work hard, to share truth with others. The abundant everyday moments are not just abundant in terms of frequency. They are abundant in terms of opportunity.” Yellow Balloons Posted By Dianna Harrison
Listen UP? Who Do You Choose?
“I gave you land you had not worked on, and I gave you towns you did not build—the towns where you are now living. I gave you vineyards and olive groves for food, though you did not plant them. “So fear the Lord and serve him wholeheartedly. Put away forever the idols your ancestors worshiped when they lived beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord alone. But if you refuse to serve the Lord, then choose today whom you will serve. Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates? Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live? But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:13-15
