Today I pray God will touch each of us personally and fill us with His Spirit. Mighty and meekly we go abundantly filled with His love and in our service unto Him, our “Mightiest Messiah” will be a gift and a joy! May we serve others through Him, in the Spirit of true unconditional love, with the exact selfless attitudes that we read about in the Christmas Story. I pray we will be a reflection of that timeless message of humble generosity, mighty meekness and boundless hope. I pray that as we serve, love and gift to others this Christmas season, we will be replicating the precious way of generosity, which God gave to all of us that first Christmas day when Jesus Christ was meekly born, as our Mightiest Savior. Merrily So? OR Busily So?
We can get so busy that we forget to connect to God, heart to heart, being found in Him. This is how we are an encouragement to others, it is through the light in our lives, God’s enfuego, His fire of JOY! Choose the strength of His JOY, a reality of His nature that infuses your soul with a glory glow that can’t be turned away from.
The Mightiest Was The Meekest
The Mightiest ever born on this earth, was born in meekness, shrouded in mystery in that miraculous merrily so way of our Awe-GOD. How generous our Father God was with humanity, as His mercy was birthed Christmas morning in mighty-meekness. Throughout the Christmas Story we see two prevalent God strengths of humility and joy. Humility ushers in our Mightiest Messiah with a meekness that laid down all heavenly kingdom rights and came to us as a baby born in a manger. Who could have thought this would be so for our Mightiest King to come to us, God Incarnate!
Listen Up To The Christmas Story Of The Mightiest Savior
It is a busy season as our culture dictates to us a hustle-bustle that can be exhausting if we don’t take the time and connect heart to heart with our Christmas Savior. The meekness of the Mightiest Savior is seen so prevelantly in the circumstances that lead up to His birth, the people God used in this Christmas Story, the situations God allowed and the miracles that happened. This Christmas Story has some fantabulous truth’s let’s listen up to them today in Luke Chapter 1 and see God’s miraculous-merrily-so.

What Did You Glean From The Christmas Story? My Thoughts:
Way-Maker God
Mary was betrothed to Joseph, and she became pregnant, not with his child, but with the Son of God. This was a dangerous place for Mary to be in, her culture would be unforgiving, yet God, He had already made a way for her, a way of encouragement and protection. Today I pray that as in the Christmas Story, we will be like Elizabeth and not be so busy, that we are living life on the surface this Christmas, and we miss being an encouragement to others. Mary needed encouragement and refuge and God designed for her a divine appointment with Elizabeth!
Ready-Alert-Aware
Elizabeth was ready, alert and aware and she discerned and spoke out words that blessed Mary, supported her, deeply encouraged her and held her up! How many people in your life-path need the encouragement that You freely have inside of you? Be aware This Christmas Season and be found in Him! Be His Merry Gift Giver Today! People are so caught up in the shallow trappings of the season and in their hustle-bustle they have become exhausted and grouchy. You be God’s best response to the grinch attitudes you will be confronted with this week. Be generous with the mercy, patience and love of Jesus. Be the bearer of good heart treasure and shine as God’s Christmas Bling-Bling this Christmas Season.
Great Challenges = Great Purposes
Mary faced the greatest challenge of her young life and it was to her natural self, huge and overwhelming. She immediately, not wasting a minute got up and went to where she knew she would find refuge and encouragement. Elizabeth was in a difficult season of life, such as we are in this Christmas Season. Elizabeth was not focused on herself or her season of life, she was living deeper in the Presence of God and the divine appointment that He had set for her was met with His discernment and His encouragement! Make it so in us Lord Jesus! Think On This: We are in the middle of what can be if you let it, the busiest, most shallow-living time of the year! What the World calls: The Holiday Season! I pray it would not be so in us! I pray for us to be the mightiest of God’s Miraculous Merrily So. May our attitudes be saturated with the generosity of God’s unconditional love. It would be so great if the humility of Jesus became our mightiest attribute in this Christmas Season. The God purposes in play in the challenges of every life season are always greater than the challenge itself. Step into God’s purpose this Christmas Season. Listen up to this 1 Minute Encouragement Video which will give you the wisdom you need to be compassionate in a hustle bustle life season.
Vital-Vertical Relationship
I pray we would let our seasonal attitudes and our gift of inner encouragement be shaped by God’s Holy Spirit as we take time to nourish our vital-vertical relationship with Him. May we not be influenced by the hustle and bustle of the worldly viewpoint of our holiday season, but may we be changed by the kingdom perspective of the Christmas Story of a “mightiest most humble” servant of God, Jesus, our Christmas Savior. Jesus may Your Word and be found alive in us and through us this Christmas Season! O Jesus, I pray we be an Elizabeth! Jesus may we be God’s Christmas Bling-Bling that outshines the Holiday trappings and leads others to the True Christmas Child! The people of the Christmas Story, the one attribute that kept them on the right side of kingdom destiny was their vital-vertical relationship with God. Be so.
“Most of our giving at Christmas involves an even exchange of gifts – something appropriate to the friendship or the family connection. We sometimes base our gifts on what we received the year before. But the Bible talks about giving as well to those who can’t give anything back. This is the way God gave that first Christmas. He owes us nothing, yet he has given us everything in his only Son, and he asks for nothing other than for us to believe it and receive it. We, in turn, can give nothing back that comes anywhere near the value of his gift to us. The closest we can come is to give him our own lives in service and obedience, which in truth is all that we have. That makes our service not a duty, but a gift. Not an obligation, but a joy. Our service to God is our gift back. It’s nothing we can buy and wrap up. It costs more than that. This Christmas, as you work on your lists, think of giving to someone who is not in a position to give back. And do it quietly, perhaps even anonymously, so the person receiving feels no obligation to the giver. This will give us a small taste of what God feels all the time.” Quote By: Author John Fischer

1 Thessalonians 5 (MSG) We live under wide open skies and know where we stand. So let’s not sleepwalk through life like those others. Let’s keep our eyes open and be smart. People sleep at night and get drunk at night. But not us! Since we’re creatures of Day, let’s act like it. Walk out into the daylight sober, dressed up in faith, love, and the hope of salvation. 9-11God didn’t set us up for an angry rejection but for salvation by our Master, Jesus Christ. He died for us, a death that triggered life. Whether we’re awake with the living or asleep with the dead, we’re alive with him! So speak encouraging words to one another. Build up hope so you’ll all be together in this, no one left out, no one left behind. I know you’re already doing this; just keep on doing it.

[I hardly know whether to answer you or be silent.]

2 Corinthians 1:4 (AMP) Who comforts (consoles and encourages) us in every trouble (calamity and affliction), so that we may also be able to comfort (console and encourage) those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort (consolation and encouragement) with which we ourselves are comforted (consoled and encouraged) by God.

I love the “Servant Table” in the Bridegroom’s Café. Jesus was a Servant of all, we hope to be one too. This special table will always serve meals that enrich the soul of a servant warrior, the meals here at this table will nourish and strengthen God’s Servants. I hope you enjoy them. Every day is a constant conversation with God, that is why my book: The Bridegroom’s Voice is so amazing, it helps us grow in personal relationship with God, it helps us learn to listen up to His Voice. I love this book, because God is speaking His Heart in the “first person”, so it is a unique way to hear His Voice and be strengthened by His Word. God bless ya.
