Right Now
Right now… be anchored in God’s Presence and Peace! How? Bowing our hearts to God is the best beginning, middle, and ending of every single day. It is a good day when our first step out is bowed before our God. Yes, and at Mid-Day things go well with our soul, when we are still connected heart to heart with God. Then, at night, after our day is done, peace comes as we bow in awe, respect, honor, gratefulness, and reverence of our God. This intentional heart to heart connection with our God, takes our eyes off this world, and all the chaos and hopelessness in it, and puts them on the King of our future and hope, His possibility, and our Shalom, our Prince of Peace, Who disrupts every bit of our chaos with His conquering peace and helps keep our heart tender, and undivided. Heart To Heart With God
Heart To Heart with God is a great way to start our day because then we will be better and best as we get heart to heart-to-heart with people. Our first connection of the day should be vertical, because without the vertical strength that our personal relationship with God gives us, who can carry off the horizontal outreach to people. Some people have said it would be so easy to be a Christian if it weren’t for people. Isn’t that the truth! Our peace is easily stolen by strife in relationships, but it is also easily kept when we make the right choice of humility, and putting others first. We get that desire from God, Who cares about our heart, Who keeps our heart tender in a cactus world where people are constantly pricking us with their human condition, and this is why we spend time with Him and His Word, listening up to The Spirit of Truth, Who teaches us how to live well with a pure heart.
Be free from pride-filled opinions, for they will only harm your cherished unity . Don’t allow self-promotion to hide in your hearts, but in authentic humility put others first and view others as more important than yourselves. Abandon every display of selfishness. Possess a greater concern for what matters to others instead of your own interests. And consider the example that Jesus, the Anointed One, has set before us. Let his mindset become your motivation. Philippians 2:3-5
Yield To God
We need that precious time with God as we enjoy our personal relationship with Him, worshipping Him, and getting into His Word. Then before our feet hit the ground and our daily activity begins, we are more apt to Yield to God. Yield=Yes, I, Embrace, Lordship, Daily. So, we yield to God our day, by surrendering our way, our plans and bending our will, leaning into His Sovereign Sway in our lives. We ask God: “What do you want me to do today? Right Now! What priority do You have for my day? Right Now!” What we do and what we say should have its origin in our today, because this is where God is Present in and it makes for a successful day when we are conscious of God in the all of our everything.
You call out to God for help and he helps—he’s a good Father that way. But don’t forget, he’s also a responsible Father, and won’t let you get by with sloppy living. Your life is a journey you must travel with a deep consciousness of God. It cost God plenty to get you out of that dead-end, empty-headed life you grew up in. He paid with Christ’s sacred blood, you know. He died like an unblemished, sacrificial lamb. And this was no afterthought. Even though it has only lately—at the end of the ages—become public knowledge, God always knew he was going to do this for you. It’s because of this sacrificed Messiah, whom God then raised from the dead and glorified, that you trust God, that you know you have a future in God. 1 Peter 1:13,17-18
Receive God’s Mercy-Grace
We stumble the most into a divided heart when we bring something from yesterday into our day, something that is not reconciled in our soul, something from our past that we have not totally dealt with. It is so easy to stumble into fleshly behavior when we are living in the past with emotions and memories that are not reconciled with God’s forgiveness, grace and mercy. Bitterness and a bitter root in our soul, often will spring up because we are not living in the Present with God, but in the past with our hurts and failures, which God has not condemned us for, but has forgiven us and applied His grace. We should give the enemy of our soul, the one who condemns us, no permission to speak into our lives. God is in our now, His forgiveness, grace and mercy is in our today. Even if we have a broken halo, God loves us unconditionally, most of our pain in relationships are because other’s don’t resemble that, they love conditionally out of a bitter soul root.
In every relationship be swift to choose peace over competition, and run swiftly toward holiness, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord. Watch over each other to make sure that no one misses the revelation of God’s grace. And make sure no one lives with a root of bitterness sprouting within them which will only cause trouble and poison the hearts of many. Hebrews 12:14-15
Peace~Right Now
Right Now! A good way to side step that stumbling block of living out of the past, when God is in the Present with us, is to every night before you go to sleep give God all those things that have not yet been reconciled. Hand all the situations in your relationships that you can’t fix to God, and let go, yielding to Him as the Fixer, Renovator, Renewer, Reconciler. God Promised us and we stay in heart to heart connection with Him, He will remove our heart of stone and make it pliable. Right Now! Let be, be still and let Him work. When we live like this, with God, in the Present, there is peace in our soul, because we have put all of our expectations in His Hands… and we are not overwhelmed by our situations in our chaotic culture… our heart is pure…it is kind of like the way this scripture speaks, we have help: Right Now
As for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us. 2 We look away from the natural realm and we focus our attention and expectation onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection. His example is this: Because his heart was focused on the joy of knowing that you would be his, he endured the agony of the cross and conquered its humiliation, and now sits exalted at the right hand of the throne of God! 3 So consider carefully how Jesus faced such intense opposition from sinners who opposed their own souls, so that you won’t become worn down and cave in under life’s pressures. Hebrews 12:1-3 TPT
Spirit Of Truth~ Present Now
God’s peace is slippery and allusive in this world. Allow the scriptures the powerful Word of God, to speak truth into your soul and bring you peace, and help you keep your peace as you anchor Your life in the application of Godly wisdom. Let God’s scriptures guide you to be a person of peace, and live wholly holy out of God’s habitual peace, letting peace anchor your soul in the storms of life, being led by the Peace of God from every moment to every choice, as His peace rules in you. Pray for Jesus to seed His peace deep in your spirit, and ask the Holy Spirit to keep you anchored in peace, so you can grow spiritually alerted to your need to keep an undivided heart, despite the distractions that bombard you in this life season, where our corrupting culture is very chaotic. Let God’s peace saturate your soul, His shalom which disrupts the chaos with God harmony.
Let your heart be always guided by the peace of the Anointed One, who called you to peace as part of his one body. And always be thankful. Let the word of Christ live in you richly, flooding you with all wisdom. Apply the Scriptures as you teach and instruct one another with the Psalms, and with festive praises, and with prophetic songs given to you spontaneously by the Spirit, so sing to God with all your hearts! Let every activity of your lives and every word that comes from your lips be drenched with the beauty of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. And bring your constant praise to God the Father because of what Christ has done for you ! Colossians 3:15-17
Incredibly Blessed
How blessed are we? Incredibly Blessed! God made a commitment to us to be “Present” in our lives. Our Omnipresence God has kept His commitment, being with us as a steady sureness, and peace like no other. Our world is so chaotic right now, our culture is corrupting more and more each day. Peace is hard to find. Do you feel overwhelmed by the things happening in this world? I do. BUT, I know we have God in our lives, He is faithful to be Present in the all of our everything. What are the things we can be happy about right now? What are the things we can be grateful for right now? Blessings of God, they are there, and they are many, but sometimes our own discontentment with how God’s methods of doing things are so unconventional, temporarily blinds us from seeing God’s hand of blessing in our lives, and keeps us from recognizing God is right here, right now, with us and for us! God is unshakable peace, a rock, a fortress that is always open to us, a place of safety for us. Today I felt like God was saying to me: Check Your Heart! Buckle Up! Guard Your Heart! Put On Your God Armor! God Does Not Do Things In Our Conventional Ways. Comfort Zone Crash Ahead…stick close to the Holy Spirit of Truth.
There is so much more I would like to say to you, but it’s more than you can grasp at this moment. But when the truth-giving Spirit comes, he will unveil the reality of every truth within you. He won’t speak on his own, but only what he hears from the Father, and he will reveal prophetically to you what is to come. He will glorify me on the earth, for he will receive from me what is mine and reveal it to you. John 16:12-14
Right Now ~ Advocate
God is our Present Advocate in our lives, Right Now, the best of truth, wisdom, favor, goodness, and peace. If you don’t have courage during these difficult days, then ask God for it. God will give you a strength and a peace like no other. There is none like our God, Present With Us. Trust Jesus with your heart, and life, stand on the side of His truth and stay in followship of His Holy Spirit. How blessed are we? We can’t even measure! God bless you and yours as you cling to Him, dig your life roots deeply in His Kingdom. We are loved well, never doubt that. God finishes well and His love is abundant.
