1 Corinthians 1:17-21 For the Anointed One has sent me on a mission, not to see how many I could baptize, but to proclaim the good news. And I declare this message stripped of all philosophical arguments that empty the cross of its true power. For I trust in the all-sufficient cross of Christ alone. The True Power of the Cross~ 18 To preach the message of the cross seems like sheer nonsense to those who are on their way to destruction, but to us who are on our way to salvation, it is the mighty power of God released within us. 19 For it is written: I will dismantle the wisdom of the wise and I will invalidate the intelligence of the scholars. 20 So where is the wise philosopher who understands? Where is the expert scholar who comprehends? And where is the skilled debater of our time who could win a debate with God? Hasn’t God demonstrated that the wisdom of this world system is utter foolishness? 21 For in his wisdom, God designed that all the world’s wisdom would be insufficient to lead people to the discovery of himself. He took great delight in baffling the wisdom of the world by using the simplicity of preaching the story of the cross in order to save those who believe it. The True Power Of The Cross Is Jesus, God’s Supremacy Demonstrated
God’s Love Is Our Genuine Supremacy. Have you bowed to God? The true power of the cross is Jesus Christ alone. The sacrificial love of Jesus is the demonstrated Supremacy of God, is the true Rulership of God’s Love. We human beings think we are so wise, we think we know it all and can manipulate to control everything and everyone. WRONG! We think we can handle supremacy that belongs to Jesus Christ alone. WRONG! We have absolutely corrupted human power and authority. This is what leads us to Jesus Christ, our inability to tame our human condition which lusts for power, authority and title over others and is completely deplorable. We need God, we need the power of the Cross of Jesus Christ. This havoc wreaked on us by human supremacy, this is the opposite of the peace God designed us to live in. To have the peace of God, anchored by the Infinite Love of God, we need to surrender at the foot of the cross of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the true power of the cross. So, in the humility that He showed us, the meekness of His power under control, we do the same. Today, we humbly surrender to Jesus, we yield our minds to Him, we offer our soul to Him, we surrender our spirit to God’s Holy Spirit and we ask Him to create in us a pure heart, undivided in loyalty to God and His Kingdom.

1 Corinthians 1:22-31 For the Jews constantly demand to see miraculous signs, while those who are not Jews constantly cling to the world’s wisdom, 23 but we preach the crucified Messiah. The Jews stumble over him and the rest of the world sees him as foolishness. 24 But for those who have been chosen to follow him, both Jews and Greeks, He is God’s mighty power, God’s true wisdom, and our Messiah. 25 For the “foolish” things of God have proven to be wiser than human wisdom. And the “feeble” things of God have proven to be far more powerful than any human ability. God’s Calling~ 26 Brothers and sisters, consider who you were when God called you to salvation. Not many of you were wise scholars by human standards, nor were many of you in positions of power. Not many of you were considered the elite when you answered God’s call. 27 But God chose those whom the world considers foolish to shame those who think they are wise, and God chose the puny and powerless to shame the high and mighty. 28 He chose the lowly, the laughable in the world’s eyes—nobodies—so that He would shame the somebodies. For he chose what is regarded as insignificant in order to supersede what is regarded as prominent, 29 so that there would be no place for prideful boasting in God’s presence. 30 For it is not from man that we draw our life but from God as we are being joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. And now he is our God-given wisdom, our virtue, our holiness, and our redemption. 31 And this fulfills what is written: If anyone boasts, let him only boast in all that the Lord has done! TPT
The True Power Of The Cross Is Jesus, God’s Demonstrated Love
The true power of the cross is Jesus Christ alone, in His Love we can rest in relentless peace. The sheer nonsense of human supremacy, we must discard it and reposition ourselves underneath the Rulership of God’s Love. This is where we will find lasting, true peace. The Infinite Love of God, pure, honest, true with motives that are for our good, not our demise. God’s peace is supported by His Love, which has never contained empty words. He says what He means and He means what He says. His Promise of peace, soul armistice, deep within our inner spiritual core, it is true and possible. There is nothing that can separate us from God’s Love, He is our Prince of Peace, He promises us peace and He keeps His Promise. Seek God – Find Peace. He has reconciled us to our Father God, this Jesus, our Redeemer, our Only Savior and this is the true power of the Cross, the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace. Jesus, we desire to be wholly-holy Yours. Expunge the illegitimate authority, power and control from our heart, so we can be heart to Heart with You, in complete wholly-holy surrender of our lives to You, Jesus, the true Supremacy.
