Isaiah 43:19, Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?” Yes, God is about to do something new in the world and in our lives that No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him (1 Corinthians 2:9).
Great God Adventure
Time is flying fast and this year is closing out and something new is on the horizon. Will we know it? Will we step out of our comfort zone and experience new things with God. God wants to show us new things, and use us for new things He is ushering in to bring out good for us and glory for His Kingdom. Are we ready to step out into a New Great God Adventure?
Created For Adventure
Oh, my goodness, we were created for adventure, we were created to be free and to be adventurous people. God, the One Who created all of this, all of us, is miraculously adventurous. Each day as the sun goes down, you should recall all the God Adventure you stepped into that day and see with heavenly hindsight the incredible way in which God’s endgame purposefully played out for that day.
Growing Through On Mission
At the dawn of every new day this year, connect to God, Heart To Heart and begin anticipating with joy what He will do in your today, your tomorrow, and your forever. The best choice you can make no matter what you are “growing through” is to stay on mission with God. As the sun sets on this year, The Great God Adventure you have ahead of you is more than you could ever imagine or hope for.
Awe God
It is so very cool, such an amazing privilege to belong to God, believe me, no doubt about it, there is never a boring day as He is all in with us and is fully invested in bringing about good for us, and glory for His Kingdom. Of course, the way God goes about things, may cause us to experience anxiety and fear as we may not be able to wrap our finite minds around the plans of an Infinite God, and what we “see” is definitely not what we planned on seeing in our life story. Yet, God is so famous for taking things that seem so very messy, and so very out of our control, and making them into a miraculous masterpiece moment which leaves us with our mouths hanging open in Awe of Him. I love that about Him.
Bound Up In Fear? Lost Your Freedom
The God Adventure, when you are in a personal relationship with God is so great. So, if you feel challenged today to keep up with what God is doing, if things seem like or look like He is not working at all, don’t let the deceiver keep you bound up in fear of the unknown, stealing your freedom. Step out of your comfort zone, get on mission with God, and have a Great God Adventure today.
Freedom Under Fire
It doesn’t matter what challenges you will face today, as from nation to nation, there is so much struggle going on as people clamor for power over other people, cheating, lying, destroying and lawlessness are the temporary tools used to steal freedom through the illegitimate authority of those stealing freedom from others, so they can lord over them. It is a challenge, and as lawlessness prevails, deception rises, we will faee many challenges. Yet the God purpose in play in each challenge, is always greater than the challenge itself, and it will play out into a Great God Adventure. New Year’s Eve
