The mature children of God are those who are moved by the impulses of the Holy Spirit. And you did not receive the “spirit of religious duty,” leading you back into the fear of never being good enough . But you have received the “Spirit of full acceptance,” enfolding you into the family of God. And you will never feel orphaned, for as he rises up within us, our spirits join him in saying the words of tender affection, “Beloved Father!” For the Holy Spirit makes God’s fatherhood real to us as he whispers into our innermost being, “You are God’s beloved child!” And since we are his true children, we qualify to share all his treasures, for indeed, we are heirs of God himself. Pressing Forward In Praise
A Foretaste of glory, for such a time as this, is a heavenly treasure as we are born of His Spirit, washed in His blood, an heir of Jesus’ salvation with a future and a hope like no other. Yes, and this is our story, this is our heart song as we Praise our Savior, Jesus, all this day long. We praise Him with our faith, our love, our hearts yielded to Him, and we praise Him with our lives pressing forward in the active submission of being wholly-holy His. Sacrifice of Praise, this is our story, it is our life song as we step out into this day, seeing by faith, the substance of things hoped for but not yeet seen. This is a day for not just believing in Jesus, but believing Him, believing what He has promised, that with Him, nothing is impossible. This is our story, this is our song on this day.
Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. This testimony of faith is what previous generations were commended for. Faith empowers us to see that the universe was created and beautifully coordinated by the power of God’s words! Our First Glimpse
There are so many things we face in our world in this season of our lives, that at the first glimpse, stir up our soul in fear, anxiety and doubt. Life is hard at times, and that makes impossible things feel like a heavier burden than we can bear. Impossibility can cause us to stumble into doubt when we don’t have an active faith, when we don’t know Jesus, heart to heart and and that is why we should position ourselves in vital-vertical personal relationship with Jesus. Our first glimpse needs to be Jesus. Change it up, this first glimpse focus and live out of the blessed assurance that Jesus is ours, the foretaste of His divine glory. It is so good to let go of our grip on a power no higher than self, and cling to God. Yielded in submission to God’s Higher Power, we dig our life roots deeply into His Kingdom. Stepping Outside Our Comfort Zone
God brings us to the precipice of our comfort zone and asks us to step out of it today and join Him in doing something new. This kind of life adventure is way above our pay grade, and as finite human beings, this daring escapade will step us out on the pathway of God’s Infinite, miraculous making, which I call a “Great God Adventure”. This is our story, this is our song, stepping out into Great God Adventure all the day long. We are stepping out with God, living outside the box of what we deem possible, and courageously, boldly stepping out with Jesus into His purpose and possibility. Heir Of Salvation
Perfect submission, yield to God, surpassing all the impossibility into possibility, as all the day long, your praise and Awe of God, steps out into the path of His miraculous provision. On this day, on mission with Jesus, Who is you belong to, Who is yours, this is blessed assurance. With your identity, wholly-holy in God, not only in word, but in deed, you are becoming His heir of salvation. This is our story, this is our song. Believe God as you step out into a life season that is full of impossibility, leaning into God’s Sovereign Sway, in perfect submission to God, with perfect, purposeful delight, as echoes of God’s mercy and whispers of His love.
