Long Winter Seasons
Dark to light, this is what we experience when our soul has been in a long winter season and the Light of God finally breaks through. Sometimes our winter seasons of life are so long. We can have a really dark life season and feel like the light of God will never breakthrough. Cold, dismal, wet, dark winter of our soul, these are not fun times. Winter has to run its course, but we take hope in the truth that spring faithfully comes. When winter has taken over your soul, know this, it is God purposeful, and so is His spring which will brilliantly break through in that way only God could do. Take heart, God never leaves us in our winter season, He redeems our dark winter for a bright, brilliant spring. Spring always comes. Awe-GOD
It is because of the Lord's mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not. [Mal. 3:6.] They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness. [Isa. 33:2.] The Lord is my portion or share, says my living being (my inner self); therefore will I hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him. [Num. 18:20.] The Lord is good to those who wait hopefully and expectantly for Him, to those who seek Him [inquire of and for Him and require Him by right of necessity and on the authority of God's word]. It is good that one should hope in and wait quietly for the salvation (the safety and ease) of the Lord. Lamentations 3:22-26
“Teach me that your will is good even though it causes pain. Teach me to trust that my desert will become a garden, when at last you send the rain. Teach me to believe with gospel hope, that I will bloom when I see the Son. And that your will, O Christ, is called Divine, not mine. So let your will be done! “

Without A Doubt
We believe this, we trust God and we know without a doubt, that spring will bloom us right out of our winter season in such a way we can’t even begin to imagine. Dead things budding into life are brilliantly beautiful. God is good and He is majestic in that incredible way of His. Winter does not scare God, because He knows how to brilliantly spring forth new life after the demise winter sometimes takes on us. God will make all things new, from death to life, the morning will break after a long night and it will be glorious. Watch in belief. Wait in trust. See by faith. Listen Up:
From Winter Deadness To Summer Blooms
One of my favorite life seasons is when I have been through a winter storm in my soul and then God ushers in a beautiful morning. Yes, when a life storm is upon us, we sometimes go by what we see and we wonder where God is. But God, He never leaves us, He is working in the unseen, purposefully for our good. Are you in the midst of a terrible night? Be encouraged, morning does come. God finishes what He starts, and after a long winters night, morning light springs forth brilliantly by the hand of God’s miraculous power. The earths season of spring is likened to a depressed soul breakthrough, from what we see as a dreadful winter, the deadness of all things, and then spring comes and beautifies everything! It is so wonderful when you have been dead inside, and then summer blooms brilliantly arrive, fragrant with the joy of our salvation. From dank darkness to brilliant, fragrant blooms, there is no doubt about it, everyone will see the miraculous transforming glory of God! There is no more amazing experience than going from death and darkness of soul, to a brilliant bloom all around us, as God brings us gracefully from darkness and depression to incredible vivacious color, blooming and alive in God’s brilliance. God is simply-significantly amazing. AweGOD!
