Every Tear

Yet when holy lovers of God cry out to Him with all their hearts, the Lord will hear them and come to rescue them from all their troubles. 18 The Lord is close to all whose hearts are crushed by pain, and He is always ready to restore the repentant one. Even when bad things happen to the good and godly ones, the Lord will save them and not let them be defeated by what they face. Psalm 34:17-19 The Passion Translation

Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end. We were born with eternity in our hearts, under the rulership of God’s love. We have a strong, solid foundation, even if our tears are flowing in our shattered world. Ecclesiastes 3:11 New Living Translation

Embrace Our Future Promise

Jesus, how much more can our hearts take? We are brokenhearted more than less in times such as these, and so in need of God’s comfort in our broken world. So, we pray it up and we hope, for the Light of God, that makes the darkness disappear, for the promise of heaven and to our Father God Who will wipe away every tear. The world is spinning in the wrong direction as what is good is said to be bad and what is bad is lifted up and hero worshiped. There is violence, anger and hatred and no one feels safe. Tears are an everyday occurrence for the young who have suffered so much in the cancel god culture of our age. Frustration for the unfairness of it all soul saturates us in despair, this is why we look up. We know we have a future and a hope, we see this truth through our tear-filled eyes and we are strengthened as we embrace its promise.

Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going. Jesus the Way to the Father~5 Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:1-6

There Is “Better” In Sight

It is so true, we have very few human beings we can go to or trust for truth. The human condition has taken a deplorable slant. Deception is rampant, deceivers are cunning slanders. No one feels safe, we turn off the news so we don’t have to see another tragedy spun up with false narrative to favor one side or the other. Compassion is dead, common sense tromped on and civility is no more. When we think it can’t get worse, it gets worse, and the evil deeds leave us in shock, unable to even put words to what we feel. We lament, grieving over what was, which now is lost. Tears freely flow as we look up to God, our deliverer, knowing He will one day wipe away every tear, and we find our comfort in this truth and in Christ in us, our hope of glory. This season of life is an “only God can” perspective of hope.

And I heard a thunderous voice from the throne, saying: “Look! God’s tabernacle is with human beings. And from now on he will tabernacle with them as their God. Now God himself will have his home with them ‘God-with-them’ will be their God! He will wipe away every tear from their eyes and eliminate death entirely. No one will mourn or weep any longer. The pain of wounds will no longer exist, for the old order has ceased. And God-Enthroned spoke to me and said, “Consider this! I am making everything to be new and fresh. Write down at once all that I have told you, because each word is trustworthy and dependable.” Revelation 21:3-5 TPT

Anchored In Solid Rock

Our world can shatter in a million pieces and change can rock it like no other, yet our foundation holds, as we anchor to the Solid Rock of Jesus Christ. Now a days, people are hurting people in ways you can’t even begin to imagine is capable of humanity, and it wounds our soul. Arsonists setting fires that destroy people and their dreams. Police doing their jobs, sitting in a police car, gunned down, shot up by haters, who know nothing of Your power, Jesus, who know no power higher than corrupted self-rule. Oh, our heart aches, and tears fall for those families grieving over senseless killing of their loved ones. Yet we know the anchor of God’s Words of hope, that the old order will cease, pain will no longer will exist, wounds will be healed and we will not morn or weep because death will be eliminated. There will be no darkness in heaven, Jesus is our forever light that can’t be extinguished by evil darkness.

Job 5:12 He frustrates the plotting of the shrewd, so that their hands cannot attain success. Psalm 33:10 Psalm 33:10 The Lord brings the counsel of the heathen to nothing: He makes the devices of the people of none effect. Psalm 146:9 The LORD protects the strangers; He supports the fatherless and the widow, But He thwarts the way of the wicked.

We Look Up ~ We Wait On God

Our hearts ache for hope and we hold on to the comfort of heaven, praying for Jesus to wipe away every tear. We hope for the day where a voice is no longer given to slanders, liars and false narrative is silenced with no more permission granted to speak into our lives. We long for the day where there are no more angry mobs, hurting people, burning businesses to the ground, shooting people in cold blood without an ounce of remorse. We so hope for the day when everything is flip-flopped back into right order with good being good and bad being bad. As we wait on God, our hearts cry out to Him as common sense, compassion and civility are dying before our eyes. We know our God is able, so we pray, interceding with faith, hoping He can change it up, change up the hearts of those being used by the evil one, bringing the Light of Truth to their eyes, and saving them. We are hoping for the Holy Spirit to navigate us, to be close to us as our broken heart soaks in the Promises of God, for the Light of God to dispel the darkness, to thwart the evil plans of our enemy and bring about peace. Yes, we look up, we wait on God, we dig our life roots deeply in His Kingdom.
