Be Lame! No Not Us!
We pray our family members will think on truth and every lie that has become a stronghold will be broken. We blame God for a lot of things that He is not doing and because of this our family becomes lame. Be Lame! We think He isn’t working for us. We think He has given up on us. We think He won’t answer our prayers because we are not good enough. None of this is true. When we are hearing these lies in our mind, we should say to ourselves: “Who Said That!?” And I am sure we will realize right away that God did not say that! So, who is left? We have an enemy, and it is this enemy that is blasting our family with hard times, and lying to us, blaming God for it! We are fighting an enemy and a battle that does not belong to us. The battle is the Lords and He has already won the war. God Wins!
We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One. Willful Pride?! No Not Us!
Father God, cleanse our family members of every lie that supports a prideful bucked up will! Is everything just going off the rails in your family life? Are you wondering why is God not working? Well sometimes it is because God won’t breach our will. We buck our will up with our stubborn pride when things don’t go our way, the way we planned them. Our best course of action is to yield our lives to God. Let go of everything we think we need or want. Place our expectations in God’s Hands. Ask God for help, talking up our situations with Him in that vital-vertical personal relationship. After praying we then Yield to His methods. Give God room to work. Let be…hands off. Flip The Control To OFF
Holy Spirit, help each member of our family remember these truths and teach us how to walk in wholly-holy trust: God is for our family. 100 percent. Give God time to work. Let be, be still and give God the room He needs to work out His purposes in our family life. Sometimes we get in the complaining mind rut of dissatisfaction, and we find that all we do is complain about God, yet it is the enemy who is ripping at the seams of our family life, stealing and destroying our dreams and hopes. I am thinking, maybe if we flipped the control of our lives to off, and maybe if we begin praying, talking to God, opening our hearts wide to God, yielding to God, that things could be different for our family. There would be more of the peace that surpasses all of our understanding, and we could be navigated away from the enemies traps set for us. As we yield our family to God in prayer, His power would be loosed against the enemy of the soul of our family life. Lord, help us to get this. God is not the problem, we are, and we need a little alignment change, an adjustment which will position us underneath the Rulership of God’s love. Yield To God! Let it be so in our family.
Jesus – Savior ~ We Are Not The Fixer, He Is!
Jesus, cause all of our family members to surrender our lives wholly-holy to You. God wants to deliver our family from the aggravations of our enemy that cause all kinds of strife in our family life. God is not the source of our strife, He is not the reason our prayers are not answered. We are. We try to be the fixer, Jesus is the Fixer, we are not! It is time to get back to a wholly-holy, vital-vertical relationship with God, and His living and powerful Truth, because this will help us know who we are in Christ.
May God himself, the heavenly Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, release grace over you and impart total well-being. Every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm has already been lavished upon us as a love gift from our wonderful heavenly Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus—all because he sees us wrapped into Christ. This is why we celebrate him with all our hearts! Ephesians 1:3
Identity In Christ
There is nothing that will help us more than putting our identity wholly-holy in Christ. Pray for every family member to be drawn to God, to be impassioned by God’s Holy Spirit to set aside some heart to heart time with God, getting into the Word of God. It is a good start of our day to read a Psalm and Proverb, this is a jump start to stopping the enemy from harassing our family with lies and strife. Draw near to God! We think we can do life on our own, and we fail every time. Apart from God is an exhausting way to live, and we can do nothing that truly matters. When we kindle and light our own fires, and walk by the light of a man-made fire, it will flame out. How foolish is that? We need to change it up. Trust in our Deliverer. We are not the Savior of our family, Jesus Is The Savior of our family.
Who is among you who [reverently] fears the Lord, who obeys the voice of His Servant, yet who walks in darkness and deep trouble and has no shining splendor [in his heart]? Let him rely on, trust in, and be confident in the name of the Lord, and let him lean upon and be supported by his God. Behold, all you [enemies of your own selves] who attempt to kindle your own fires [and work out your own plans of salvation], who surround and gird yourselves with momentary sparks, darts, and firebrands that you set aflame!–walk by the light of your self-made fire and of the sparks that you have kindled [for yourself, if you will]! Be STILL~ Stillness Is A Beautiful Thing
Be Still! Stillness, before our God, it is a beautiful thing! Try something new! In the midst of the cultural chaos, still your soul! Be still before God. There is so much cultural chaos, noise and distraction. It definitely is a time such as this, to step outside of the chaos. Shalom! God disrupt the chaos in our family life and bring forth Your peace that surpasses all of our understanding. Jesus, we pray you teach us by the power of Your Holy Spirit, to be STILL, deliver us from all the craftily laid plans, enticing temptations, crazy distractions, and evil devices of our enemy. Help Us, Holy Spirit, Teach Us So We Can Learn To Be Still, So We Can Hear The Still Small Voice Of God, And Our Family Be Navigated By Him During These Roaring, Cultural Chaotic Times!
