Matthew 28: 5-10 Then the angel spoke to the women. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as he said would happen. Come, see where his body was lying. And now, go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and he is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see him there. Remember what I have told you.” The women ran quickly from the tomb. They were very frightened but also filled with great joy, and they rushed to give the disciples the angel’s message. And as they went, Jesus met them and greeted them. And they ran to him, grasped his feet, and worshiped him. 10Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t be afraid! Go tell my brothers to leave for Galilee, and they will see me there.”
He Isn’t Here
Don’t be afraid! He’s Isn’t Here! Can you imagine being those women who had watched the hope of their lives die and then to be told, He’s Not Here! Remember what I have told you, He has risen from the dead. Then Jesus said to them: Don’t be afraid. (Isaiah 41:10) Go and tell others. I have risen and you will see me. He’s not there, He defeated death. Don’t be afraid. Do we live our lives in fear? Are we afraid? Do we live like Easter morning never happened and Jesus is still in the grave? If we are experience cultural chaos that is causing us fear, do we go back to the tomb or do we believe in the resurrected Jesus? Do we follow after the truth that Jesus has defeated death or do we let lies defeat us and keep us in bondage to fear? He is not here. Do we believe this? Then we must act like it. (John 6:29)
Enfuego! God Providence
He’s not here. Many people believe that about Him now, but in the opposite way. They do not believe in Jesus, nor do they serve Him. They serve no power higher than self. In this cancel God culture, everything about being a nation under God is being shaken. But, in the foolishness of this “Cancel God Culture” they do not realize that they can kindle a huge fire and walk by the light of this man-made fire, (Isaiah 50:10-11) but it will flame out, they will never, ever cancel God’s way, truth and life. They have underestimated what happened so long ago when those women went to the tomb and the angel said: “He Is Not Here. He has Risen.” Never underestimate the Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ. (Daniel 6:26) People do not believe that Jesus is here, that He is in the midst of us, in all of this chaotic culture chaos, that He is at work in the unseen for our good. This is called: God’s Providential Care. This incredible providential care of God has two purpose always in play. One purpose is He is working in the unseen for our good and the other purpose is He is working purposefully for the glory of His Kingdom. (Romans 8:28) Our good, His glory. In this “Cancel God Culture” God will have His way, because He already has the victory and His people walk in the light of the Resurrected Power of Jesus, that no human being can put out. Enfugeo!
Greatest Transformation Ever
Jesus rose from the dead and it was the greatest transformation known to mankind. Death To Life. Easter morning changed up everything for us, everything about our future changed. We now have a future and a hope. Jesus took on all of our sins and died, once for all. He died in our place, paid the sin debt that we owed so we could live through Him, forever. Once For all. (Hebrews 9:26) We all have the human condition, the sin nature, the human nature. We all needed a Savior. Jesus came here to us, to walk here with us to experience human things, God in the flesh. It was the perfect solution from a perfect Awe-GOD. Jesus understands us now, more than ever, He understands our every feeling. He knew disappointment, joy, hunger, temptation, betrayal, injustice, tears, peace, relationship, all the human things we experience, (Hebrews 4:15) He experienced. He knows us more than we could begin to imagine.
Choose Life
The human race, created by God in His Image. We are one people, one race. In times such as these, people being used by the enemy are segregating us by sex, color, creed and nationality, yet they change nothing, we are still one human race. This is the way we were created, male and female human beings, one race, the human race. (Genesis 1:27) No one can change that through cultural cancel God politics, no one can change that. We are born, and still continue to be born, male and female into the human race. There is not one of us who can defy death, we all will die, but we can choose our future. When we choose to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, our forever future is guaranteed by Him. (John 10:29) No one can snatch us from Him, not even death. No one can separate us from His love. The light of His Word and life, no man can extinguish it. Choose Life! (John 1:1-5)
Easter Supremacy
Jesus, our Easter Savior is Supreme, the only supremacy that is real, just, dependable, trustworthy and lasting. (Hebrews 1:1-3) The power of the Supremacy of Jesus is for today, tomorrow and forever. There is no name that is or will ever be higher than His and no name that will ever be more powerful than the name of Jesus. There is no legitimate supremacy but His. Jesus rules us with a Rulership of Love. There is no condemnation in Jesus and there is no supremacy that can give you eternal life. When you give your life to the Supremacy of Jesus Christ, it is a forever connection, He never leaves us nor forsakes us. (2 Corinthians 4:9-14) They went to the tomb and were told: He Is Not Here. Oh the JOY of those three words, they have changed up everything for humanity, because now, because of Easter day, we say: He Is Here, With Us, Forever For Us!
