“I remember wandering around in misery, drinking the poison of bitterness. Whenever I ponder this, my soul fades away within me. Yet there is one ray of hope when I remember this: Yahweh’s tender mercies have no end, and the kindness of his endless love is never exhausted. New, fresh mercies greet me with every sunrise. So wonderfully great is your faithfulness! I tell my soul, “Yahweh is my abundant portion. I need nothing more. So, I will put all my hope in him.” Lamentations 3:19-24 TPT
“The cruelty in this world creates a scenario: “Life Is Not Fair”. We can’t dwell on unfairness. Think on: Mercy Was Not Fair. Thank God He sent His Son To Save Us. This Is Undeserved Mercy. A Son Was Gifted! Miraculously-Merrily-So!” KimberlyMac
Out Of Whack Expectations
After all the cultural holiday seasons, we tend to “feel” a let down. Why is that? Humanity always builds things up, our expectations are out of whack, we sometimes only see what we want, we sometimes only serve a power that is no higher than self. Self “wantings” tends to rule our expectations. So, the days after any cultural holiday, how should they be spent? We should be grateful, not disappointed. Thankful for what we have, not disappointed in what we do not have, or what we think we deserved, or what we did not get that we wanted.
A Broken Word With Cultural Holidays
This world is a wee bit broken, and all the Cultural Holiday lights, celebrations, beautiful decorated trees, rich food, and parties that leave you feeling empty in the days after, can only focus us on what we still need, and that is simply-significantly Jesus, our Truest Christmas gift. Our corrupted cultural celebrations don’t come close our need for Jesus, Who meets all expectations. No gift satisfies forever like the Gift of Jesus Christ. Are you feeling let down after a simulated cultural Xmas, dissatisfied with what you were gifted? Have a faded happiness? Seeking True Joy? No Doubt About It~We Have A Soul Enemy
We have had a narcissistic enemy who wants to control our culture and we need to say: To “Hell” with cultural holidays which are trickery from our soul enemy who is the father of lies, who cheats us, steals from us, and destroys our hope. Yet when we focus on what we do have, the incorruptible love of God, that our enemy can’t ever separate us from, no weapon formed against us can steal our peace, contentment and security in Him.
What Do We Have?
Jesus is our Prince of Peace, He is our Justice in the unfairness in play in this world broken by the dysfunction of people gripped, tricked, by the deception of the enemy of their soul. Truth: Life Here On This Side Of Heaven Is Unfair. Good Godly Wisdom Is: We can’t fix it, but God has already conquered this evil. The Greater God Wisdom Is: Focus on what we do have, the Kingdom Perspective, not the worldly viewpoint, because God Is purposefully at work in the unseen for our greater good and His Kingdom glory.
Jesus Conquered Unfairness
“The Lord sees all we do; he watches over his friends day and night. His godly ones receive the answers they seek whenever they cry out to him. But the Lord has made up his mind to oppose evildoers and to wipe out even the memory of them from the face of the earth. Even when bad things happen to the good and godly ones, the Lord will save them and not let them be defeated by what they face.” Psalms 34:15-16, 19 TPT
Many are the trials of the righteous, but God delivers Him out of them all. Fairness, justice may have alluded us now, but Jesus, coming to us in the meekness and humility of God’s power under control, it signifies to us of a greater plan in play. Jesus never lied to us, ever. He is truth personified, truth incarnate. He said we would have unfairness, trials and injustice in this world, but He also said, He conquered the world. We have an enemy, so no, life here is not fair, justice is perverted at times in this world, but our God has overcome it with the greatest transformation ever known to mankind, death to life.
Got Unfairness? What Can We Do?
It is our soul enemy’s desire that the days after human holidays, we focus on what we lack in relationships, as family can be very humanly lacking, and dysfunction is felt deep in our soul as human beings with a human condition, don’t treat each other well. The human condition, drifted apart from God, tends to try to control others in a narcissistic way that tries and fails, to replicate God’s authority. We can’t fix the damage a soul sick narcissist does, because we can’t fix the recourse of evil, of the lies, cheating, and stealing from us. We live in a broken world, but not without God’s Justice, it will come. When life here is unfair, we take our peace in what we can do, in what we have in Jesus Christ, He is the Prince of Peace, He is the Fixer, we are not.
Wait On The Fixer
So, we may walk away from our human holidays, hanging out with human people, with human conditions, a bit battered, disillusioned and disappointed, yet God, He works all things unfair and hurtful out for our good. We wait on God to work it all out, all our human unfairness, and purposefully He does. He uses all these human happenings to work on what He cares for most… our heavenly character, the one thing we bring to heaven from earth, our holiness, our purity of heart.
God’s Goodness Follows Us
Therefore, we do not let the evil of the enemy of our soul, distract us from the good, which always wins out over evil. What we have in Christ Jesus, is so very good. Life may not be fair, but God is so very good. What we walk away from our day of True Christmas Celebration with, is the goodness, kindness and mercy of God, with us, following us all of our days.
“Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! Your authority is my strength and my peace. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near. You become my delicious feast even when my enemies dare to fight. You anoint me with the fragrance of your Holy Spirit; you give me all I can drink of you until my cup overflows. So why would I fear the future? Only goodness and tender love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!” Psalms 23:4-6 TPT
Wait In Belief For God’s Glory
The goodness of God, His way, truth, and life will impact us forever, the gift of Christmas that will never break, tarnish, rust, or will never be a temporary happiness that fades. The Christmas spirit of Jesus Christ is a forever impact, unchangeable is the gesture of love gifted to us, a building up of who we are, an impact of a forever beautiful, strong, good reverence, and awe that is a rulership that does not control by emotions, narcissistic backbiting, tearing down of who we have been created to be, but a building up of godly character in us. Life is not good, fair, or just at times, but our God is always good, and His justice will prevail. He has a miraculously merrily so, as an endgame for us, watch in hope for it, wait in belief, and see the glory of God.
“Guard your heart, My bride, and protect your purity during these last days. I am coming for a spotless bride and it is My desire that you wear a beautiful garment of unadulterated white. Bride, as you wait for Me to come for you, beware of the evil one. Watch and pray and be about My kingdom business. Be called to Me first and keep your eyes focused on me. Place your hope in Me with eager expectation and your steadfastness will be strengthened as you finish preparing for our wedding. I know the desires of your heart and, as I make plans and work out the fine points of our wedding day, I have your happiness in My forethoughts. You will be pleased with your future. Everything I do now, I do for you and for your potential excellence in the kingdom of God. It is My heart’s desire that I will always be your first love, forever yours, Jesus.” Excerpt From The Bridegroom’s Voice
Break Out Of The Unfairness Bubble
Don’t let the cruelty of the enemy of your soul steal your joy. If we feel down, if we feel life is not fair, if we feel disappointed, then we pray to see the truth, we pray for God to shatter the darkness of deceit, and use the time we do have to be grateful for all God has provided for us. It is the best choice for us to step outside of the unfairness bubble of damaged emotions, the enemy wants to put us in, where the twisted lies are highlighted, assumptions are tossed around, and soul chaos prevails. No, we break out of that trap, and run fast and far away from the deception, and we fight the good fight of faith with the sword of God’s Word, pushing through the muck and mire of evil narcissistic control, to position ourselves underneath the Rulership of God’s love.
“Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Messiah is God’s spiritual child and has been fathered by God himself. And everyone who loves Father God loves his children as well. This is how we can be sure that we love the children of God: by having a passionate love for God and by obedience to his commands. True love for God means obeying his commands, and his commands don’t weigh us down as heavy burdens. You see, every child of God overcomes the world, for our faith is the victorious power that triumphs over the world. So who are the world conquerors, defeating its power? Those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.” 1 John 5:1-5 TPT
Less Human Condition = More God Likeness
Even if unfairness sticks with us, chasing after us, day after day, time has been gifted us in the good future ahead of us, so we don’t strive for fairness by the quantity of doings in our day, we seek the quality of being found in the goodness of our God. Our human nature wants to settle and grasp the quantity of numbers and record them as our worldly viewpoint, to settle the score, as we pat ourselves on the back for every successful revenge that strikes at unfairness. But, God gifts us with quality of heart, that is not a number to be counted, but a transformation to be lived, a discipleship gain that is eternal in Kingdom value that can’t be measured, not a brand for success, but a lifestyle where less is more. Less humanity, more Christianity, as the “tit for tat” scoring and counting ceases, and soul healing begins in us. We change, and the transformation in our heart takes shape as soul grudges disintegrate, bitterness releases its hold on our spirit, God’s truth sets us free, and forgiveness flows unencumbered from our inner spiritual core. Yield To God
This is why, we narrow our focus on a Kingdom Perspective, and from moment to choice, we yield to God, (Y.es I. E.mbrace L.ordship D.aily) we focus on the true gift that eternal value of a forever quantity that is numberless, with a quality of life that will never be disturbed by the darkness of evil, an enemy that seeks to completely put out the light in every soul and devour us in forever death. Underestimated once again, Jesus, is the light within us that can’t be extinguished, there is a light of hope in Jesus Christ, that the darkness of our soul enemy will never, ever overcome.
Apart From God Human Beings Are Not Good
Unfairness is all around us as humanity has a human condition that apart from God is not good. Therefore, this life here, on this side of heaven, will never be fair. The Mercy that Jesus came here to us to deliver, was not fair to Him, as much as it would be miraculous for us. The Mercy of God was not free for Jesus, He gave His life for us to have it. This was not fair. Jesus knows more than any of us, that life here on this side of heaven is not fair. So, in the reality of of this truth, we shake off the control of our enemies lies, we shake off the voices of evil that say we have lost so much, we grieve our human condition, where people cruelly hurt and disappoint people, but we do not grieve without hope. God has not abdicated His Rulership to evil, so we let go and let God work out His plan in His way, with His methods, which are not usually the ways we would choose, but always have the best possible endgame for us. We trust in God’s Karios timing, we embrace the truth of His goodness and love, and we realize the soul peace we have when we wholly-holy align ourselves with Him, heart to heart, in personal relationship with Him. Read John Chapter 15.
Not Fair Doesn’t Mean Not Good
Life is not fair, but God is good. The Father God is the proof of this goodness and mercy that follows us all the days of our lives. Jesus, His Son is the Proven goodness over evil, and the Holy Spirit is the Prover of the mercy gifted to us. We, human beings created in the Image of God, have nothing to prove to anyone. We don’t know the why of what God allows in our lives, but if we look back, we have always had everything we needed and everything that touched our lives changed us for the better. Human celebrations have its moments of happiness, but it always fades into disappointment, it is never enough. The reverence and awe of God, the celebration of worship of God, never fades, never disappoints, and will be here, to there, unto forever. God’s ways are not our ways, and sometimes the judgements of people are so very unfair, leave a lacking in our soul, but God does not judge unfairly, but justly, and His mercy is new every morning, great is His faithfulness toward us.
Wait In Radiant Hope
Life here on this side of heaven is unfair. We wait in hope, in trust of our God, in the peace of the Prince of heaven. Do we feel disappointed, hurt, disillusioned by people who did not live up to our expectations, who steal, kill, and destroy, who lie about us, and steal from us? We could spit our bitter emotions all over everyone, but our emotional ranting and raving solves nothing. The best recourse is to lay it all at the feet of Jesus, hope in Him, and with His peace, keep silent, let be, be still, wait on Him and give Him the room He needs to work. Read Romans 15:13.
“You had no will power to go on and were ready to quit because you were hopeless-joyless. Bride of Christ, you are peculiar and people will not understand your loyalty to Me. The world will press the truth within you, wanting to know if what you have is real, because underneath their relational strife, hate, and violence they are searching for truth, reality, and inner peace. When you have been acquainted with someone long enough to call them friend and they deceive you, you will feel strong emotions. There is no avoiding this part of your human nature, even I could not avoid it. Hold your peace and let Me work in their hearts. Your first call is to be intimately related to Me. My Bride, I do understand. I walked in your shoes and I know the desperate, dysfunctional and violent emotions of those who live their life for themselves, barren of the security of My love and the promise of My truth. I also know the hope that My life affords their future and I long for them to have eternal life.” Excerpt From The Bridegroom’s Voice
Patiently Endure
We begin to learn the lost spiritual art of patient endurance, in the midst of unfairness, we lean out of a flesh-out reaction, into a Godly, Holy Spirit led response. We learn to trust and wait, to believe and hope. We Wait for God to powerfully speak His way, truth and life into our circumstances. Our silently submitting to God in trust, hope, and faith, hurts our soul enemy more than our emotional throwing up with words that can’t be taken back. We chose to silence our emotions, with reverent awe and respect for God, and yield our way to Him, and this becomes our narrow path to powerful freedom from the cruel devices of our enemy. Then, comes the best part…we stop giving permission for our enemy to speak into our lives, and this defying of the enemy, this resisting, shatters the darkness of disappointment, disillusionment, and despair and turns hopelessness into radiant hope. We boldly defy the enemy. We say NO. Not Today. Not Ever. God Wins! Dig Deeper: https://thebridegroomscafe.com/a-patient-endurance/
Not Guilty – No Condemnation
The enemy builds a case against our humanity and we step before the judge and God says: Not Guilty. We do not underestimate the power of God, our enemy does, our enemy underestimated His Mercy, the gifting of deliverance to us who did not deserve it, but received it freely, and stepped into a different life season, a forever life of hope, joy, belief, trust, and faith that the enemy of our soul can never corrupt or tarnish. Accepting the mercy God holds out to us, He asks no explanation for our past, what we have done, our sins, are washed in the blood of His Son Jesus, it is the past, and now we step into a new day, without condemnation. It is a new day and with the Family of God, we step into each day, with courage, stepping out on the strong love of God, with the goodness of God that goes before us, leading us by the power of His Holy Spirit, with wisdom that can’t be shaken by darkness and truth, which has a light that is never extinguished by hopelessness.
Heart Guarded
We are human, and it does hurt while we have to wait for something that is unfair, unjust in this upside down world, but the peace of God, it can’t be stolen as we yield our lives to Jesus, Who is our Way-maker God. I DO understand the hurt of having to wait for something unfair to be changed up by God, the unfairness pounds at the door of my soul wanting entry to steal my peace. The enemy has no permission to speak into my life, I do not open the door to the enemy of my soul, it is guarded by the Word of God. Enjoy God’s Peace
I shake off the disappointment, the disillusionment of human unfairness, and I dig my life roots deeply in Christ, my Redeemer. I say NO to the enemy and YES to God. I stop the steal. I have already been stolen from enough. I Stop the steal! I recognize and yield to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, I position my life underneath His Rulership of Love. God is in control of my life, I am not, God is the Fixer I am not. I believe Him, all He has promised me and I wait patiently for His perfect timing. “Karios” timing of God is critical, purposeful Kingdom timing. I walk forward in peace with Jesus, and by the power of His Holy Spirit, I hopefully wait on God’s perfect timing, and keep being that stable, loving, wise child of God, serving Him first, enjoying His peace that surpasses all of my understanding.
Adore God
I spend time in Adoration of my God, making memories of Awe of Him, moments of radiant hope in Him. The quality of my relationship with Him stays in tact, even though the battles of the enemy wage, and continue to war against me. The one thing I know and am very grateful for is, God never leaves me nor forsakes me. I have a thankful heart attitude because my future is secure in Him, His joy is my strength to patiently endure until the endgame of His glory is revealed. Yes, Life Is Not Fair, But Life In Christ Jesus, Is So, So, Very Good!
“You do belong in this world for such a time as this because you belong to Me and I rule and reign over your today, tomorrow, and forever. You fit here only because of Me, because of My divine sovereignty. The best is yet to come. Even now as your world spirals downward in lawlessness, you have the hope of your eternal inheritance waiting in the wings, an incredible future I have planned and destined just for you. I ask you to be found in Me and live deeply today by My Spirit. Be friendly and make a heart-to-heart and spirit-to-spirit connection with everyone I divinely set in your path. Be a messenger and model by exemplifying the love of God, My infinite love that is so strong and wonderful that even the most atrocious reprobate could not drain the depth of it. Live in your world by My peace and be about My business with the infinite mercy and grace that I daily make available to you.I pray for you to make My infinite love the goal of your soul’s affections. Serve Me wholeheartedly through the kingdom trade I have given you because of My infinite mercy expressed for you. From glory to glory, I, your Bridegroom, am simply-significantly enough. Your Jesus.” Excerpt From “ The Bridegroom’s Voice
