Missionary Prayer Journey -4

Be free from pride-filled opinions, for they will only harm your cherished unity. Don’t allow self-promotion to hide in your hearts, but in authentic humility put others first and view others as more important than yourselves. Abandon every display of selfishness. Possess a greater concern for what matters to others instead of your own interests. Philippians 2:3-4 The Passion Translation

All About You (feat. Hollyn) – [Lyric Video] Tauren Wells

On This Day ~ On Mission

On mission for God, on this day, make it all about Jesus. Start this day bowed in your flesh, bowed in awe, reverence before God. Why? Because Jesus Christ is the One Who, this day is truly all about. Leave at the feet of Jesus all selfishness, your rights, your need for comfort, your interests, your plans, your expectations and take up the cross of selflessness. Be on mission for God, all in with Jesus, all about Jesus.

A Good God Day

A good day, is a God-Day where we have left it all out on the mission field, emptied ourselves of all things us and served God with the all of our everything. The sweetest and most powerful God characteristic a missionary can develop is humility. To be humble is a great God Adventure in itself. It is the dying to self, the self-control of not fleshing out, but instead being meek, self-power under the control of Jesus. Unbelievably so, this begins with developing a heart of praise, acknowledging God first.

“Humility Is A God Characteristic, Shaped Into The Heart Of Those On Mission For God, Through Humble Praise Of Him. Praise Is The Heavenly Hindsight Of Acknowledging God’s Possibility Weaved Throughout Our Reality Of Truth. At The End Of A Miraculous Day, Praise God! At The End Of The Day, We Wholly-Holy And Humbly Acknowledge God In Praise, We Celebrate Him.”

Pray It Up ~ Humility Of Soul

Jesus, touch every missionary, set apart and on mission for You on this day and shape in them humility of soul. You are a servant warrior, make them one too. Usher meekness into their soul through the wisdom of humility, and let it begin with a heart saturated in praise. I pray that they would acknowledge You, at the end of their day of service, that they would have a heart of praise for You, for without You, nothing was possible in their day. I pray Jesus, every missionary, all of us on mission for You, would end our day with praise, remembering and acknowledging all You have done on this day, with us and for us. Remember, recall and praise, as you listen up to the wisdom of praising God at the end of your day in this 1 Minute Encouragement video:

And consider the example that Jesus, the Anointed One, has set before us. Let his mindset become your motivation. He existed in the form of God, yet he gave no thought to seizing equality with God as his supreme prize. Instead, he emptied himself of his outward glory by reducing himself to the form of a lowly servant. He became human! He humbled himself and became vulnerable, choosing to be revealed as a man and was obedient. He was a perfect example, even in his death—a criminal’s death by crucifixion! Because of that obedience, God exalted him and multiplied his greatness! He has now been given the greatest of all names! The authority of the name of Jesus causes every knee to bow in reverence! Everything and everyone will one day submit to this name—in the heavenly realm, in the earthly realm, and in the demonic realm. And every tongue will proclaim in every language: “Jesus Christ is Lord Yahweh,” bringing glory and honor to God, his Father!  Philippians 2:5-11 The Passion Translation

“Humility is powerful because out of it flows meekness, on the wings of God’s mercy, endowed by Jesus’ heart of compassion for us and paid forward by His resurrection. Praise God for laying down His Kingly rights, dying our death so we could live His life.”
