2 Corinthians 1:3-4 All praises belong to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he is the Father of tender mercy and the God of endless comfort. He always comes alongside us to comfort us in every suffering so that we can come alongside those who are in any painful trial. We can bring them this same comfort that God has poured out upon us. So Grateful For God’s Presence
Why do people suffer so painfully? Honestly, I don’t know a good answer for that! Do you? But what I do know is that they don’t suffer alone. God is with them. God is a comforter like no other in our times of suffering. It is hard to wrap our minds around the things that suddenly drop in our life path and the long-term suffering of those we love, hurt our soul. Maybe we are not supposed to understand everything on this side of heaven. These are the times we should open our hearts wide to God, and surrender to Him, so we get out of His way and He can do what He does best, which is rescue, heal, comfort and guide us day by day with the kind of wisdom (James 3:13-17) and discernment that is reality of truth and healing in our situational suffering. I am so grateful for the healing Presence of My Rescuer Awe-GOD, on this day
So Grateful To Grow Through With God
On this day, no matter what I am “growing through” what I do know is God is with me. That is my enough. He is right by my side, working out His Providential Care for my good and for the glory of His Kingdom. God is my Rescuer and I can trust in His Providential care, His purposes in play in my life. These two great purposes contained in the Providential Care of God, they are in play for my good and for His glory, every single day I live here on this earth. God is on the move, His purposes being played out, purposes of good for me, purposes of glory for His Kingdom. He is the Master Designer of His Sovereign Will and this incredible God Sovereignty, it goes hand in hand with His Infinite Love, the two are never parted. I am so grateful for the Infinite Love of God which soul saturates me, rescuing me from my human condition and abundantly, (John 10:9-11) overflowing to all those around me on this day.
So Grateful For God’s Transforming Power
Sometimes suffering brings about that human condition of doubt that we all have a constant fight with. We doubt God because He has allowed us to go through something we just did not plan for in our lives. Even though we said to Him: God use me. We did not think we had to define the scope, we just put our YES on the table with God. His ways are not our ways. (Isaiah 55:8-9) This becomes very apparent in our suffering. Our human suffering is purposeful, God wastes nothing, He is a magnificent transformer. It may be hard to swallow the apparent Sovereign Will of God in play in our lives right now, but it does go down better as we partake of His Love. Never forget, be constantly reminding yourself that the Infinite Love of God and the Sovereign Will of God, go hand in hand. One is not in play, without the other supporting it. I am so grateful for the purposes of God in play in my life, on this day.
So Grateful For God’s Infinite Love
Are you suffering? I am. We all have various and uniquely different things in our lives which cause us soul suffering, body suffering, and spirit suffering. Do you have one or more of these kinds of suffering in play today? Do as Jesus did. Cling to the Father God, dig your life roots deeply in Him and listen up to His Voice. Submit yourself wholly-holy to God in your suffering. He is there, He is in the midst of the suffering and He is speaking life and truth into our suffering, on this day. We must learn to trust Him as we wait on Him, actively growing through in His amazing love. God’s Love, we are never separated from, (Romans 8:31-39) love that will glow its glory forever, a love that this world and everything about it or in it, cannot extinguish the light of. This Love, it is present in our suffering, I pray it will soul saturate us, on this day. I am so grateful for the inextinguishable (John 1:4-5) light of God’s hope in my heart on this day.
Romans 5:1-6 Our faith in Jesus transfers God’s righteousness to us and He now declares us flawless in His eyes. This means we can now enjoy true and lasting peace with God, all because of what our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, has done for us. Our faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness that has given us a perfect relationship with God. What incredible joy bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory! But that’s not all! Even in times of trouble we have a joyful confidence, knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance. And patient endurance will refine our character, and proven character leads us back to hope. And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us! The Passion Translation
What a sweet meal on the Awe-GOD Grateful table today. The spices that make this meal so scrumptious are gratefulness, thankfulness and reverence.
