The Warrior Is A Child

So I placed armed guards behind the lowest parts of the wall in the exposed areas. I stationed the people to stand guard by families, armed with swords, spears, and bows. Then as I looked over the situation, I called together the nobles and the rest of the people and said to them, “Don’t be afraid of the enemy! Remember the Lord, who is great and glorious, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes!” Nehemiah 4:13-14NLT

No Fear = Perfect Love

Perfect love deflects the enemy. God is Present with me, I must fight the good fight of faith to stay alert to Him, present with Him, because as my heart is engaged with Him,  ?  heart to heart, the overflow is perfect love.  I am a Servant Warrior, tender hearted, awe filled, humbly bowed in heart, strong, bold, wise and courageous. Nehemiah, this strong Servant Warrior, as I study his life legacy, I see a pivotal point, that Nehemiah never forgets He is a child, a child of the Most High God, what a paradox that is! Never will I forget, the Servant Warrior is a child, with childlike faith. Within a paradox, therein lies the power of God’s perfect love.

“Thank God for people who are willing to thwart the plans of the enemy! Nehemiah knows that fear brings timidity. Fear brings discouragement. Fear brings defeat. He reminds them that it is God who is their commander-in-chief; it is God who leads them. Furthermore, he tells them to hold a mental picture of God and use that as an incentive to fight for their families.” Quote From You Version Plan

Restart: Stepping Out In Faith

No Fear = Childlike Faith

A tender-hearted Servant Warrior, with childlike faith, this is paradox of God’s power, the way I see as I study Nehemiah. The Holy Spirit of God through the living Word, The Bible, teaches me more of my Savior, Jesus, the strongest, most courageous Servant Warrior. Jesus, bold in faith, mighty in battle against the enemy, wise as a serpent, gentle as a dove. Jesus, a fighter of faith, strong in discernment, mighty in the Power of God. This awe-inspiring Servant Warrior, the Savior of the world, Jesus, knew how to be a child of God, a powerful paradox.  Gary Valentino sings it perfectly in our Worship Spotlight: “The Warrior Is A Child”. Take some time, listen, watch and pray through it. Then listen up to Breathe-Just Breathe, this 1 Minute Encouragement video below will help you implement the inspiring wisdom of God and activate your faith.

Love never brings fear, for fear is always related to punishment. But love’s perfection drives the fear of punishment far from our hearts. Whoever walks constantly afraid of punishment has not reached love’s perfection. We have come into an intimate experience with God’s love, and we trust in the love he has for us. God is love! Those who are living in love are living in God, and God lives through them. By living in God , love has been brought to its full expression in us so that we may fearlessly face the day of judgment, because all that Jesus now is, so are we in this world. Our love for others is our grateful response to the love God first demonstrated to us.  1 John 4:16-19 TPT

Then I explained to the nobles and officials and all the people, “The work is very spread out, and we are widely separated from each other along the wall. All the builders had a sword belted to their side. The trumpeter stayed with me to sound the alarm. When you hear the blast of the trumpet, rush to wherever it is sounding. Then our God will fight for us! Nehemiah 4:18-20
