Every year, Holy Week returns and passes us by like all of the calendar days of the year, it remains mundane as life goes on and our cultural chaos begins to fill our worldly viewpoint with deplorable sights, difficult hardships, and shocking human condition which has our full focus.  This year, this present Holy Week, change it up, make it personal with God. Unleash Your Joy. Our cultural chaos has stolen so much from us. The one thing it has stolen that truly matters to us is our shalom, our peace that disrupts chaos. God Soul Despair?

Do you have a soul stuck in winter? Unleash Your Joy! Within the boundaries of our current cultural chaos, we can feel deadened to joy, like a leash of hopelessness around the neck of our soul emotions.  Everything feels dead, nothing moves us and we go from day to day without even a spark of hope in our soul. Winter is a very soul barren season. We are born into winter, a deadness of soul and God hopes for the day spring is sprung in our soul, from the salvation of death to life in His Son, Jesus Christ. Unleash Your Joy! In soul winter, everything can look and feel brown, dark, lifeless, and purpose has no drive to even hope to see any kind of joy. We human beings can over think ourselves into nothingness until we have no identity, no hope, and life is all on us, all on our shoulders. What a burdensome way to live when we know no power higher than self, and when self propelled trying consistently fails us like a fire light we kindled that flames out, and the darkness of the human condition envelops our soul, depressing our human spirit. Even in the darkest depths of our soul despair, God knows where we are, God is still reaching for us. God sees us. He is the Light, the Navigator, the Way-Maker out of soul death and darkness. For every winter soul season, there comes a spring. God made it that way, and He sent His Son, Jesus, here to us on this earth to change up our soul death, to unleash our lives from death to life. Unleash your joy, know Jesus, give your life to Jesus!

I remember my affliction and my wandering, the bitterness and the gall. I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within me. Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord ’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore, I will wait for him.” The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Unleash Your Joy! It is so wonderful to know God, to walk with Him in the beauty of His holiness, from a brown, dank wintery soul, to a beautiful lush flowery spring of soul death to soul life. Everything comes alive in you, changing up your perspective from brown to green, from dead sticks to beautiful life, a soul aflame with the joy of  life-purpose, alive in Christ, renewed daily by God. Unleash Your Joy! As we recognize and acknowledge Jesus as the Creator of all, our soul magnificently comes alive and the beauty all around us tickles our human senses creating an awe of God, in the purity and abundance of His love. This Awe GOD now saturates our soul with life, shattering the dark winter with incredible spring light and newness of life. The beautiful seed of life, this tiny innocent, fragile bud, like a rose bud which has special redemptive value, and unique God purpose, you are now created to blossom in due time with God’s holy nature and character. Even now with Christ in you, God’s Holy Spirit inhabits your soul, filling your heart with a beautiful, pure and fragrant innocence, the winter to spring, death to life Christ in you, purity of righteousness, which pleases the heart of the Father God. This open door to our heart is like a beautiful rose bud that is blooming into a full grown rose in the love and light of God, Who makes life so joyfully beautiful in every life season.
